Eligibility Requirements
- All submission channels, MI payment plans, LTVs, occupancy types, and property types are eligible.
- Fannie Mae's High LTV Refinance Option and Freddie Mac's Enhanced Relief Refinance® are ineligible.
- Approved Enact Master Policy holders are eligible to participate.
Lending institution must opt-in to the program by contacting your Sales Representative in order for borrowers to be eligible for Home Suite Home benefits.
