Enact will collaborate with you and a third-party vendor to make face-to-face contact with unresponsive, delinquent borrowers. Enact will pay for the cost of the door knock.
NextJob® Program
Enact will collaborate with you and NextJob, a nationwide reemployment solutions company, to provide unemployed or underemployed borrowers with numerous career resources during their job search. Enact will pay for the cost of NextJob.
No Contact Program
Enact will contact a list of borrowers whom you have not made successful contact with to re-enage and achieve resolution.
